​Our Team
​​Our Team is a very small one with two individuals, Karen and Zoe, running the entire business from developing the website, answering queries, running social media platforms to measuring, hand cutting fabric, sewing every coat and posting them out to our fantastic customers.
We pride ourselves on giving the best possible customer service to all our customers and have received some amazing feedback for this.
We both work extremely hard to make Pingy Paws what it is today and we appreciate every customer old and new for their continued support and business.
​Our Business
​​We are a Sheffield, South Yorkshire based company and our products are only available via our online shop here or via Facebook. If you live in Sheffield and would prefer to collect items just get in touch and this can be arranged to avoid you paying postage costs. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible which means we don't offer discounts or offers very often but do have the odd sale items. We do a number of stalls each year, these generally include the 'Dogs Unleashed' events and a couple of local charity run events such as 'Pooches in the Park'. ​Our Vision
​​We are constantly developing and researching new products and feedback is always appreciated. We add new products every year and this year we have started selling natural treats.
Our aims for the future would be to eventually have a stall at Crufts and to find more great local dog shows where we can display and sell our products.
We are very excited for the future and what it will bring and look forward to you and your doggies being a big part in the Pingy Paws brand.
